Chris completed a degree in Communications at St. Cloud State University, where he had finished several good years of playing football and baseball. Being a child brought up in a self-employed family, he loved the atmosphere and conversations brought about when a perfect home or situation was found for an excited client. He brought our technology up to date and invested in the tools to provide our clients with the best service possible. However, it did take some convincing to sell Phil on the idea of buying a computer and fax machine in the early 90’s (it was a good thing he didn’t know he’d be updating our technology every couple of years!). At that time, we moved our brokerage to the Realty House, a full service company, which is co-owned by 24 brokers. Our Prior Lake satellite office was opened to serve clients south of the river, and our main office is located in Edina. In no time at all, Chris became an exceptional Realtor, Broker, builder, investor and recently elected President of The Realty House. Chris and Christine are married with two children and reside in Prior Lake. |
