"In February of 2002, I made a snap decision to purchase a home closer to my work in Eden Prairie. The home was that of a co-worker and he offered me a solid deal if I could move quickly on it. Their plan was to be into the new house by the end of April. That was not a lot of time. I was currently living in a town home in Eagan that I had owned since 1995 and until that point had not even toyed with the thought of selling. Since this was my first house and having no selling experience, I realized I was over my head. I immediately turned to the Rooney's for help and there is no way I could have pulled this off without their considerable skills in staging and selling a home. The Rooney's assessed my townhouse and offered solid suggestions on what would make it more appealing to sell (carpet, paint, etc.).
